Attached to this Returnable Training Football, is a length of durable high quality bungee cord. A quality metal swivel is fitted at both ends of the bungee cord allowing the ball to spin while being passed. A comfortable wrist strap is attached to the other end of the bungee cord.

NOTE: The Pass Master Gridiron Training Football can be attached to either left or right wrists.

When practicing throwing or passing the training ball, simply attach the Gridiron Training ball (wristband) to anything secure located above your head height. This may be a pole, basket ball hoop, tree limb, cloths line etc.

 The Gridiron/American Training Football is a top quality 3 ply, pro grip, water resistant football. Youth/MOD size Training Football for players 8 to 15 years.
