In 2017 our That Training Ball was approached by several netball clubs wanting a good quality netball trainer, similar to the training footballs we already manufactured with the Mark Master and Pass Master branded training balls.

We involved the netball coaches and let them decide on what they needed. We took their recommendations and produced an outstanding quality netball trainer which is Robust, Strong and Long Lasting.

This Netball Trainer is fitted with 2 very strong metal swivels. There are attached along the bungee cord. One close to the netball and the other attached to the comfortable band. These swivels stop the bungee cord from twisting.

The cord measures 2.4m and will stretch to 4.8m long.

Coaches use this netball in many different ways.

Some coaches hang the netball through the netball hoop and get the players to jump up and knock the ball clear. In this exercise, the coach has the wrist band attached to their wrist and controls the height of the ball from the ground.

The ball can be used to increase the strength of a players throwing arm. The ball always return to the player. No wasted time and No running after the ball. This is what the net training ball is all about.    Maximum use of practice time.

Like in the photos, some coaches hang the ball from the rafters and have the players practice their defensive skills.

Shooting for goals is a problem, as the wrist band is attached to the player. If you shoot a goal.. you will have to remove the wrist band from your wrist. Then reattached the wrist band once the ball falls to the ground.
