This One Touch Training ball is meant for trainees between 7 and 12. Again, the high of synthetic makes the ball pretty lightweight and does not alter when it is being used in wet conditions. Again, it comes with an adjustable bungee cord and is an excellent product when it comes to learning the rudimentary skills of AFL football.
